| A small group of people who meet regularly in a supportive setting to learn skills for managing life challenges and illness more effectively. |

| How to Join A Lifeskills Group |
Most Lifeskills groups meet for 2 hours, once a week for six weeks. Weekend groups meet for 4 hours every other week for three weeks. Lifeskills groups can be presented in a corporate setting and are also offered in one and two day formats by special arrangement. Advanced groups are also available.
The fee for Lifeskills Groups is $300 if paid in advance or $60 for each 2 hour session. Some insurance plans may cover these expenses. A $60 deposit will reserve your place and will be applied toward the cost of the group. |
